Well just had a trial on my Standing Broad Jump (SBJ) today during PE. Well quite happy that i broke my personal barrier and broke the 220 mark! Yeah.. But i was totally disgusted throughout the whole day. Due the video shown during my GP period regarding Serra Leone- "blood diamonds". I almost had my dinner, breakfast, lunch out of my stomach..
